Patrick J. Carolan
Launching Endeavour in 2006, Pat has over twenty years industry experience as an investment professional. Prior to founding Endeavour with Cale, he spent seven years as Managing Director at Century Capital Management in Boston where he successfully led marketing/sales and launched: the Century Small Cap Select Fund in 1999, the firm’s first institutional small cap growth separately managed account in 2003. In 2005 the Fund crossed $1 billion and the institutional small cap separate accounts were over $500m. Both were closed to new investors due to asset growth.
Prior to Century, he was Vice President, Marketing Management at Fidelity Investments in Boston, focused on the RIA Channel and before that Vice President and Director of Mutual Funds at Wilshire Associates in Santa Monica, CA.
In the mid 90's as a Senior Key Account Manager with GT Global Mutual Funds in San Francisco he successfully grew relationships with wirehouse B/Ds and IBD and RIA custodial platforms. He has a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 securities licenses.
Having over two decades of experience with professional service firms, investment managers and private equity managers, Cale’s client-centric approach is a cornerstone to Endeavour’s success. Prior to co-founding Endeavour, he provided hands-on senior management expertise for several private equity portfolio companies in start-up and turnaround situations.
During his five years at Fidelity Investments in Boston, he successfully led marketing efforts within institutional, broker/dealer, and RIA channels. As Vice President, he was also responsible for coordinating Fidelity’s re-launch of their retirement planning website for Retail investors.
Before Fidelity, Cale helped launch and then led Wells Fargo Bank’s insurance subsidiary in San Francisco, managing multiple product lines and sales and marketing efforts. Cale holds a BA in Architecture from Princeton University, a JD from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Boston College, as well being as being admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. He holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
George Zydel, Jr.
Vice President Sales
Joined Endeavour in 2013 and has twenty years of industry experience. He developed and implemented fee based products that reside on third party platforms. George spent over 11 years at Fidelity Investments in various roles. He managed portfolios of mutual funds, ETFs, equity and fixed income securities totaling over $1 billion in assets with Fidelity’s Strategic Advisers, served as trusted advisor to high-net worth clients with Portfolio Advisory Services, and managed institutional relationships with Fidelity’s National Financial.
Prior to Fidelity George was in Consultant Relations with John Hancock Funds, where he introduced investment only products to consultants. He has a BBA in Finance from Eastern Kentucky University, a certificate in financial planning from Boston University and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
